Q : How long has Tchoukball Inc & Tchoukball Promotion LLC been in business ?
A: We have been providing the U.S. Tchoukball Association certified Tchoukball products since 2002. We have continued to improve our products. We have also created curricula, DVD, and useful teaching tools, in order to help you teach your students the game of Tchoukball.

Our customer service is first rate and you will be personally supported. This is one reason why over half of our sales come from customer referrals.

Q: Are Tchoukball products sold in stores? Do you offer a guarantee?
A: We have qualified dealers in certain parts of the country, however, Tchoukball Inc. primarily sells direct to the customer. We guaranty that you will have a 100% satisfaction of our products. Because our products are hand made and if a default occurs when you buy it, just contact us and we will repair, modify or exchange the product for free.

Q: How heavy-duty are the Tchoukball tchouk? How long they will last?
A: The Tchoukball tchouk are built with super strong steel, bungee and net. The net is tied by hand the tchouk are assembled by hand. If the tchouk are used correctly following the instructions which come along with the tchouk they will last more than 10 years. Since 2002, schools which bought the tchouk are still playing with them.

Q: do you accept Purchase Order?
A: Yes we do, you can either fill it up when you check out on our web site, or directly send the school P.O. to the fax number: 425 644 3111.

Q: How long will it take to receive the equipment?
A: usually the equipment is sent as soon as the order has been received and it takes about 6 to 8 business days to receive it.

Q: May I be informed when the equipment are shipped?
A: Yes, we can inform you of the shipping date and tracking number, as long as you provide you e-mail address.

Q: what is the price of a workshop in my school?
A: It depends of what you would like us to teach, we can offer a one hour, half-day, or full day workshop. It could be a professional development such as in service. We also provide teaching to students during regular P.E. class.
We also provide a free professional workshop if your school district buy more than seven sets of Tchouk.
We also provide a workshop based on our new curriculum, which includes, unit plan, lesson plans, lead-up games, drill stations, and assessments.
